Copyright & IP Notice

You keep ownership of content you create and upload (posts, stories, reels, photos, videos, comments, listing media, and similar User Content).

By posting, you grant Mintobook the license described in the Terms so we can host, display, and operate the Service.

Only upload content you have the rights to use. Do not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.

The Mintobook name, logos, software, design, and branding belong to Mintobook Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit them except as needed to use the Service or with prior written permission.

If you believe content on Mintobook infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@mintobook.com with subject “IP Notice” and include:

• Your name and contact email;

• A description of the work you own;

• The URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service;

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;

• A statement that the information is accurate, and (under penalty of perjury where applicable) that you are the owner or authorized to act;

• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable for email).

Incomplete notices may delay review.

We may remove or disable access to content we reasonably believe infringes IP rights, and may notify the uploader when appropriate.

Repeat or serious infringement may lead to feature limits or account termination under our Suspension Policy.

Uploaders who believe material was removed in error may follow the Complaint & Appeals Process (https://mintobook.com/appeals) and provide a counter-notice with enough detail for us to reconsider.

For copyright complaints under U.S. law, send notices to support@mintobook.com. We designate that address for copyright complaints relating to the Service.

We respond to proper notices consistent with applicable law, including removing or disabling alleged infringing material and handling counter-notices when appropriate.
