Mintobook
Complaint & Appeals Process
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This page explains how to report problems on Mintobook and how to appeal enforcement decisions you believe were made in error.
1. How to report
Use in-product report tools on posts, profiles, messages, listings, pages, or spaces when available.
You can also email support@mintobook.com with: what happened, relevant usernames or URLs, screenshots if helpful, and why you believe it violates our policies.
Urgent safety threats (imminent harm) should also be reported to local emergency services when appropriate.
2. How we review
We review reports based on available information, our Terms, Community Standards, Marketplace Rules, and applicable law.
We may remove content, limit accounts, request more information, or take no action if the report is incomplete or does not show a violation.
We aim to review reports in a reasonable time, but timing varies with volume and severity.
3. How to appeal
If your content was removed or your account was restricted/suspended/terminated and you believe this was a mistake, email support@mintobook.com with subject line “Appeal” and include:
• Your username and account email;
• Approximate date of the action;
• What was removed or restricted;
• Why you believe the decision was wrong;
• Any clarifying evidence.
We will review eligible appeals and may uphold, reverse, or modify the decision. Repeat abusive appeals may be declined.
4. Outcomes
Possible outcomes include restoration of content/access, partial restoration, confirmation of the original decision, or additional enforcement if new violations are found.
We may not share internal moderation notes or other users’ private data.
