Seller Verification Policy

Verification helps reduce fake profiles and low-quality listings. It is a trust signal, not a guarantee that a property exists, that a deal will succeed, or that a seller is licensed in every jurisdiction.

Depending on your seller type, we may request: government ID, business registration, agency license details, proof of authority to market a property, contact confirmation (phone/email), or additional documents.

You must provide accurate information. Fake documents or identity misuse can lead to immediate removal and account action.

When offered, “verified” or similar labels mean we completed certain checks at a point in time. Status can be revoked if information changes, expires, or looks fraudulent.

Lack of a badge does not always mean a seller is unsafe; presence of a badge does not mean you should skip your own due diligence.

Always verify ownership, title, payments, and contracts independently. Prefer documented communication. Never send deposits to unknown parties based only on a listing or chat.

We may delay publishing, remove listings, revoke verification, restrict seller tools, or suspend accounts for failed checks, fake listings, or abuse.
